Holcombe ward scares off the competition in Langdon Hospital's Halloween cake contest

Halloween snacks by Warren and Chichester wardThings got frighteningly competitive at Langdon Hospital in Dawlish this Halloween, as patients and staff from all five wards went head-to-head in the site’s annual Halloween cake decorating competition.

There was a surprise in store this year, as Holcombe ward claimed first place, finally bringing an end to Cofton ward’s winning streak! Cofton certainly didn’t give up their crown easily though, taking a very well-deserved second place.
