Advice and information

Contact PALS by telephone at 01392 675 686 or email dpt.pals@nhs.net. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (closed bank holidays).

Compliments, complaints, concerns

Your views are important to us. We want to hear about your experiences and there are several ways you can let us know what you think about our services.

If you have a compliment, concern or complaint about the service you have received, you can contact PALS by telephone at 01392 675 686, email dpt.pals@nhs.net or by completing the forms below. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (closed bank holidays).

Alternatively, talking to someone involved in your care may help to resolve things quickly.

We can only investigate complaints about services provided or funded by Devon Partnership NHS Trust. If you are taking legal action about your complaint, we will need to discuss this with you.

To investigate your concerns, we need as much information as possible, such as dates, times and the names of the people involved.

Tell us what you think

We want to hear about your experience - whether good or bad - so we can continue improving out services.

Because the care and treatment we provide is so diverse, we have designed service-specific surveys to help us understand how we're doing. These also include the nationally required Friends and Family Test questions.
