How we can help

We work with people who have psychological or emotional difficulties associated with living with a long-term physical health condition. We will see you if you are attending outpatient appointments when under the care of community health and social care teams.

Our role is to help you live well alongside your condition. We offer assessment and a range of therapies if you have been significantly impacted by your condition. The type of therapy offered will depend on your own needs. We will provide you with additional information at your appointment. 

We work closely with other services, such as counselling, TALKWORKS or our liaison psychiatry service.
